Return Policy (Rewritten)
We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you have up to 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused or unworn, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.

Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send items back without first requesting a return, as they will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can review the issue and resolve it promptly.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Some products cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), customized or made-to-order items, and personal care products (such as beauty items). We also do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you are unsure about your item, please contact us for clarification.
Please note that sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get a replacement item is to return the original product first. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the item you want.
European Union Cooling-Off Period (14 Days)
Despite the conditions above, if your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, without needing to provide justification. The item must still be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
